Recovered items are held at 90 Canal Street, 4th Floor, Boston, MA 02114 for 30 days.
We respond within 4 hours on business days and within 8 hours evenings and weekends.
BCR is not legally responsible for items left in vehicles, but we make every effort to recover and return found items.
