Individual trip receipts are emailed within 1 business day. Corporate invoices with itemized multi-trip statements are produced within 2 business days. For accounts payable requiring specific billing formats (PO number, cost center codes), note them in the instructions field. All amounts are in USD unless an alternative currency was agreed at time of booking.

In-App Receipts
For added convenience, you can access your ride receipts directly through our user-friendly mobile app. Simply navigate to the ‘Ride History’ section, select the specific trip, and download or share your receipt with just a few taps.
