Client Liability Waiver

This waiver is required before alcohol service is permitted in any BCR vehicle.
Also required for: bachelorette / bachelor parties, prom transportation, concert and stadium bookings, and any booking involving minors.
The signing party accepts full responsibility for the conduct of all passengers.
BCR reserves the right to terminate service without refund if passenger conduct creates a safety risk.
This waiver does not limit the cardholder’s obligation to pay for any vehicle damage caused by passengers.

Acknowledgments

Conduct responsibility. I accept full responsibility for the conduct, safety, and behavior of all passengers in the BCR vehicle for the duration of this booking.

Alcohol service. If alcohol is to be consumed, I confirm all passengers consuming alcohol are 21 years of age or older. BCR chauffeurs are authorized to refuse alcohol service at their discretion.

No smoking / vaping. Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited in all BCR vehicles. Violation results in immediate service termination without refund and a cleaning fee up to $500.

Damage liability. I agree to pay for any damage to the vehicle caused by me or any passenger in my party, including stains, breakage, biohazard cleaning (minimum $350), and structural damage.

Service termination. BCR reserves the right to terminate service at any time without refund if passenger conduct poses a safety risk to the driver or others.

Minors. If any passenger is under 21, I am the responsible adult and will ensure no alcohol is consumed by minors.
